It doesn’t look good. The latest Chelsea Injury News will surely going to upset many Blues fans out here. The Champions will have to do without Pedro Rodriguez and Willian when the Blues face Arsenal in their next Premier League game as both the players likely to miss out through injuries.

The Blues hinted of returning to form after their side’s 4-0 victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League on Wednesday night, and Jose Mourinho will be hoping to translate that form against the London rivals in the Premier League on Saturday.

Jose Mourinho, the chelsea manager, has confirmed after the game that Spain forward Pedro will miss the London derby, via Chelsea’s official Twitter account.

Pedro has suffered a muscle injury and didn’t take part in Wednesday’s Champions League clash. His absence will come as a blow for the defending Champions, as Pedro gave the impression of a player in some-kind-of-form in an otherwise lacklustre Chelsea’s attacking unit.

Meanwhile, Willian is likely to miss out as well after the Brazilian picked up a muscular injury against Maccabi in the Champions League on Tuesday. The Brazilian scored the opening goal for Chelsea but soon after he picked up the injury and was replaced immediately.

Mourinho also confirms that Willian has no chance of being fit against Premier League rivals Arsenal on Saturday.

Willian brings energy and work ethic to Mourinho’s side, and his absence is a big blow for Chelsea, who are looking to get their domestic campaign back on track after a stuttering start to the new season.

Mourinho will have to shuffle his side to compensate the loss of two key players but luckily for him, he can still can on quality options in Eden Hazard and Oscar.

Chelsea have allowed Juan Cuadrado, Mohamed Salah and Victor Moses to go out on loan, a decision that might backfire considering the mini injury crisis the club is facing at the moment.

Mourinho likes a compact approach in midfield against big teams, and therefore Ramires could be introduced in the midfield pushing Cesc Fabregas further forward in the no 10 role. Alternatively, the Brazilian midfielder can be used in the defensive right-wing role, while young Kennedy can be used as a cover if required.
