Trial in Europe: Arsenal to face Dortmund while City get Bayern

Manchester City will face the reigning champions Bayern Munich in the Group D of the Champions League, while Arsenal will face last season’s runner-up of the same competition Borussia Dortmund in Group F.

Premier League Champions Manchester United and former European Champions Chelsea face a relatively easy group. Another British team Celtic face the group of death as they are pitted against European heavy weights Barcelona, AC Milan and Ajax.

Nine times Champions Real Madrid and Serie A champions Juventus should progress easily from their group, while Porto and Atletico Madrid have given a tricky group to handle with.
