Barcelona are looking to do a massive rebuilding work in the summer transfer window. Several new players are expected to arrive, after their transfer ban was lifted while few players could be shown the exit door as well, like Cesc Fabregas, Alexis Sanchez or even home grown lad Pedro Rodriguez.

The 26-year-old has been ever present for Barcelona, since his break through season in 2009/10. However, concerns have been raised over his long term stay at the club and the forward now admits he is in dark over his future.

Spanish media RAC 1 reported last month that Pedro has had significant offers from several Premier clubs, while The Guardian said last month Liverpool are looking to prise away the Spaniard.  The winger was surprisingly missing in the club’s promotional photograph unveiling the new home kit for the 2014-15 season, that fuelled further speculation about his long term future.

Pedro now said in an interview as quoted by Sport“I don’t know what my future is. For now, I’m focused on Spain and the World Cup, that’s the most important. When I have to decide my future, I’ll talk with the club and we’ll see what’s going on.”

Manchester United and Arsenal were linked with a move for Pedro recently. It will be interesting to see, how his situation at the club shapes up. Barcelona are planning audacious move for the likes of Muller and Reus, and should they be able to lure big names like that, Pedro is obviously expected to drop down the pecking order forcing Barca to cash in on the player.
