Manchester United will face Cardiff City at the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday where David Moyes would be looking for nothing less than full three points.

After a stuttering start to their campaign, the Red Devils have bounced back strongly in the league. They are undefeated in nine matches in all competition, and should they win tomorrow, they would earn four consecutive victories in the league. The confidence is certainly high in the team, following their impressive 1-0 victory over Arsenal at the Old Trafford before the international break.

Defence: Phil Jones will miss out through injury, which means skipper Nemanja Vidic is expected to partner Jonny Evans at the centre of defence. Patrice Evra will take charge on the left back role while Chris Smalling is likely to start as right-back.

Midfield: Michael Carrick extended his contract with the club but the Englishman faces few weeks on the sidelines, as he recovers from Achilles tendon injury. In his absence, Belgium star Fellaini and either of Tom Clevereley or Anderson could start.

Forward: Shinji Kagawa put up an impressive performance for Japan against Belgium in the midweek and the diminutive Japanese could start on the left flank, lest Adnan Januzaj can be give another chance to impress as well. Wayne Rooney has been in terrific form once again and will start as no 10 role behind Robin van Persie.
