Defence: The Gunners conceded 6 goals against Manchester City in their last match, which Wenger described as a shocking result, so an extra emphasis will be given to maintain a  solid defensive shape against the Blues. The Frenchman will miss the services of defender Laurent Koscielny with a knee injury, so expect skipper Thomas Vermaelen to partner German defender Per Mertesacker at the heart of defence. Kieran Gibbs who missed the last match against City is expected to take the left-back position once again.

Midfield: Ramsey will continue at the central midfield role while either of Mikel Arteta or Flamini could start. Santi Cazorla and Mesut Ozil will operate on the left flank and no 10 role respectively, while Theo Walcott, who impressed against City, could start on the right wing.

Prediction: 1-1; Expect a fascinating contest while both the managers would be happy with a draw.
