According to today’s Tuttosport, Juventus are preparing an 18 month deal for Galatasaray’s Wesley Sneijder.

The Dutch midfielder has been linked with moves to several top European clubs over the last couple of years and looks set to leave the Turkish outfit this year, following disputes over his wages. According to reports, Galatasaray have failed to pay his full wages and therefore the former Inter Milan man is actively seeking a move away.

Juventus manager, Max Allegri has already revealed his admiration for the playmaker and stated that he was a “feasible luxury” during an interview with La Stampa. It is believed that the Turin giants have prepared a 4.5 million euro per year package for Sneijder and are confident of landing him this month.

The Turkish outfit are open to the sale and have quoted their price, which is believed to be around 8 million Euros, but the Italians are reluctant to meet the asking price and are hopeful that Sneijder will be able to force a move away.

Juventus believe they can get their man on a bargain should the player decide to write off his outstanding wages and come to an agreement with his parent club. The Dutchman has been linked with a move to Manchester United as well, however the Italians are believed to be leading the chase.
