Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado seems determined to force a transfer away from Chelsea this summer.

The 28 year old has returned to Chelsea following his loan spell at Juventus, but the player is not keen on staying at Stamford Bridge.

Cuadrado struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League following a big money move from Fiorentina back in 2015 and was then loaned out to Juventus by Jose Mourinho. The Colombian impressed with the Italian champions last season and is willing to return to Serie A permanently.

Earlier this summer, Antonio Conte revealed that Cuadrado is a Chelsea player and will stay at the London club. Back then, it seemed like the player was very much in the manager’s plans. Considering the fact that Conte wanted to sign Cuadrado from Fiorentina during his time in Turin, it was assumed that the Italian rated the Chelsea winger and therefore wanted to keep him at Chelsea.

However, it seems that the player is simply not convinced that Chelsea is the right option for him.

According to reports in Italy, Cuadrado has already agreed personal terms with Juventus. The Chelsea star will earn around 50,000 pounds a week in Turin and his agent is working hard to convince Chelsea that they should let him leave.

The main problem here is, Juventus don’t want to sign the player permanently. The Italian champions want the player on loan for another season and Chelsea do not see that as a profitable option.
