Fabiano could seek move if Sevilla scenario doesn’t change

The agent of Luis Fabiano has stated the striker may look to depart from Sevilla if his current scenario doesn’t change.

Brazillian international Fabiano has only played 17 minutes of the current season, despite signing a new deal at the end of last month which sees him at the Spanish club until 2013. And according to the players agent Jose Fuentes, when speaking to The People, a move could be on the cards:

“The situation is unpleasant. Luis Fabiano does not understand and neither do we. I don’t understand Sevilla’s decision to give him a new deal until 2013 and then leave him on the bench.

He is Brazil’s No. 9 and has scored 95 goals for Sevilla, and that merits respect. If it doesn’t change then we are obliged to seek a move.”

Tottenham Hotspur were linked with a move for Fabiano throughout the summer, though it’s thought the London club couldn’t come to an agreement with Sevilla’s £20 million asking price.
