Chelsea host West Ham United in the Premier League this weekend and Guus Hiddink’s side will be looking to avenge their defeat against the Hammers from earlier this season.

Since the arrival of the Dutchman, Chelsea have been impressive at Stamford Bridge. Although they are hard to beat, defensive frailties have cost them valuable points. Chelsea have draw five of their last six home games and will be looking to change that when Slaven Bilic and his players come to town.

West Ham have been excellent against the top teams this season and their counter attacking approach as worked like a charm against sides that love to play pro-active football and attack from the onset. It will be interesting to see how Chelsea set up against an in-form Hammers side.

Team News

Chelsea striker Diego Costa is suspended for this game after picking up a red card against Everton.

The Spanish international has been in stunning form since the turn of the year and will be a huge miss against a well organised West Ham back four.

Belgian winger Eden Hazard is also out for the next few weeks with a hip injury.

Diego Costa

Club captain John Terry is closing in on a return to the first team.  The only other injury worries for Chelsea are Kurt Zouma and Falcao.

Pato could make his first start as a Chelsea player in the absence of Diego Costa.

West Ham United will be without the services of Tomkins and Collins.
