Chelsea goalkeeper Petr CechChelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has dropped a hint that he could leave Stamford Bridge before the transfer window shuts at 11PM BST on Monday.

The Czech Republican international has seen his first team appearances being restricted after the return of Thibaut Courtois to the West London club this summer. The Belgium star stopper was on-loan at Atletico Madrid and has now made a comeback to Chelsea.

The Blues manager Jose Mourinho has preferred Courtois ahead of Cech in the first three Premier League fixtures. The 32-year-old has two years left on his Chelsea contract and refused to rule out an exit on the deadline day.

“I’ve been at the club for 10 years, the situation is now new to me,” Goal.com quoted Cech as saying.

“The three opening matches I could not play for the team. I have no reason to panic, pack up and leave. I am a Chelsea player, where I have two more years of contract.”0

“In football, nothing can be predicted in advance, nothing is ever perfect. A lot of players go on representative duty, yet still many transfer clubs.”

“The offer would have to be right for everyone. I do not exclude anything [or] know the answer,” the Blues star added.

It should be see whether the former Real Madrid manager will allow Cech leave Stamford Bridge or not. The Portuguese tactician has the services of Mark Schwarzer as a back-up option if Courtois gets injured or to play in cup games.
