Chelsea have already sold Brazilian David Luiz to PSG and the Londoners are keen to offload Brazilian midfielder Ramires as well in the summer.

Central midfield is one of the areas where Jose Mourinho is looking to make drastic changes in the summer. Club legend Frank Lampard has left the club, while futures of other midfielders, like John Obi Mikel and Ramires are also in doubt.

Last week reports emerged in Spain that Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is keen to sign Chelsea midfielder Ramires, who has a market value of €30m. The Italian signed the Brazilian during his time at Chelsea and wants to be reunited with him at Madrid again.

According to the reports from The Times, Chelsea would be ready to sell Ramires to Real Madrid, provided the reigning European Champions include Luka Modric as a part of any proposed deal. However, Madrid under no circumstances would allow the Croatian midfielder to depart.
