Chelsea 0-3 Sunderland Goal Highlights (14 November 2010)

Probably the biggest shocker of the season so far, Sunderland completely overwhelmed Chelsea with three goals at the Stamford Bridge. Their loss to Liverpool seems to have shattered their winning mentality big time as the final score may well have been four or even five goals in the favor of the Blues. But it was not.

Nedum Onouha, Asamoah Gyan and Danny Welbeck are responsible for this unbelievable scoreline which will not only shock Chelsea fans but the rest of England as well. United fans will be happy specially because Welbeck scored.

Questions will be raised in the near future about Carlo Ancelotti, the team and Frank Lampard’s prolonged absence.

Chelsea have only scored a single goal in the last three games (Micheal Essien against Fulham) and conceded five. Their stronghold on top of the league table is now somewhat shattering but luckily for them, they were provided some cushion by Manchester United’s draw with Aston Villa last night. Arsenal being the only team to pick up a win this week on the top of the table(2-1 against Everton), Chelsea still have a chance to consolidate and stay on top.

Is it a dip in form which almost all of the clubs face once a season or is it the end of the big Blue bully’s reign?
